• Your username and password are personal and must not be shared with anyone else. 206 Pub will never ask for your full password.
• If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately at support@206pub.click and change your password without delay.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.
• Accounts showing no activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Administration fees may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policy.

4 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on 206 Pub are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱PHP). There are no currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges when you deposit or withdraw using Philippine payment methods.

Accepted deposit methods at 206 Pub include:

• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers

Deposits must be funded from a payment source that belongs to you. 206 Pub does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is found to have originated from a payment method not registered in your name, the funds may be held pending verification and returned to the original source.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. These limits are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit. 206 Pub reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time based on account activity, verification status, or responsible gaming considerations.

5 Withdrawals

206 Pub processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent financial fraud and protect our players.

• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to a few hours, depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

7 Sports Betting Rules

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Once a bet slip is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet is binding.
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match at the discretion of 206 Pub, particularly following significant events such as goals, red cards, or injuries.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event due to a technical error will be void, and stakes will be returned.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. In the event of a void leg, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that leg.
• 206 Pub reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or player account at any time.
• 206 Pub reserves the right to void bets that were placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a pricing error. Players will be notified of any such voidings and stakes returned.

8 Casino and Poker Rules

All casino and poker games on 206 Pub are governed by the following general rules, in addition to game-specific rules displayed within each game interface.

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use real cards and equipment managed by professional dealers under controlled conditions.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Technical issues occurring after a game round has been completed will not result in the round being replayed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the outcome will be determined by the game's standard completion logic. For poker, a disconnection timer applies as described in the Poker section of the platform.
• Players must not use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with casino or poker games. Any such activity will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 206 Pub. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during your time as a player.
• Registering multiple accounts under the same or different names.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity on 206 Pub.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using automated betting systems, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Communicating with or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other competitive games.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or 206 Pub staff members.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

206 Pub reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. Common reasons for account action include:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass required identity or age verification checks.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Account security concerns, including suspected unauthorised access.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified via your registered email address. Where a suspension results from a security concern rather than a breach of Terms, 206 Pub will work with you to reinstate access as quickly as possible upon successful verification.

In the case of permanent closure due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable voided bonuses and investigation costs will be returned to your verified payment method at the discretion of 206 Pub.
